6.1 The license to use the Kuxxx Site and the Service is effective until terminated. The license to use will be terminated in accordance with these Terms of Service or the User breaches any of the terms or conditions set forth in these Terms of Service. In such event, Kuxxx may terminate User's use with or without notice.
6.2 The User is not authorized to:
(a) upload, post, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, confusing, anxious, misrepresented, is offensive, obscene, libelous, encroaching on the privacy of others, indignation, or discrimination, racial, ethnic or any other improper content.
(b) violates the law, the rights of a third party or Kuxxx Product Restrictions/Prohibition Policy.
(c) post, transmit, or otherwise display any Content in the presence of minors or use the Service which is harmful to minors in any manner wake up
(d) use the Service or post Content to impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise misrepresent a person or entity.
(e) forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any Content transmitted through the Service.

(g) cause, accept or authorize modification, composition of derivative works, or adaptation of the Services without Kuxxx's express permission.
(h) use the Service for the benefit of any third party or any act not acceptable under these Terms of Service.

(r) upload, email, post, transmit or otherwise make available any advertisements, promotional materials, "harassment", "spam", "string" authorized or unlawful, or any other unauthorized form of manipulation.
(s) upload, email, post, transmit or otherwise make available any material containing viruses, worms, Trojans or any other designed computer code, files or programs. design to directly or indirectly interfere with, control, interrupt, damage or limit the functionality or the totality of any computer software or hardware or data or telecommunications equipment.
(t) interrupt the normal flow of interaction, speed up the screen "scroll" speed than other Users may with the Service, or otherwise perform an operation that affects the of other Users' ability to engage in real transactions,
(u) interfere with, control or interrupt the Service or the server or system linked to the Service or other Users' use and experience of the Service, or fail to comply with any such requests. requirements, procedures, policies and laws for systems associated with the Kuxxx Site.
(v) take any action or action that could directly or indirectly destroy, disable, overload, or impair the Service or the servers or systems associated with the Service.
(w) use the Service to violate applicable local, federal, national or international laws, statutes, rules, directives, instructions, or policies (whether or not in force) a knowingly or unintentionally in connection with money laundering or terrorism prevention.
(x) use the Services to violate or circumvent any sanctions or embargoes administered or enforced by the relevant authorities.
(y) use the Service to compromise the privacy of others or to "stalk" or otherwise harass another.
(z) infringe on Kuxxx's rights, including any intellectual property rights, and cause confusion to those rights.
(aa) use the Service to collect or store other Users' personal data in connection with the prohibited acts and activities mentioned above. and/or
(ab) list goods that infringe the copyrights, trademarks or other intellectual property rights of third parties or use the Services in ways that would infringe the intellectual property rights of other party.
6.3 User understands that Content, whether posted publicly or transmitted privately, is solely the responsibility of the person who created such Content. That means you, and not Kuxxx, are solely responsible for Content that you upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available on the Kuxxx Site. The User understands that by using the Kuxxx Site, you may encounter Content that you deem objectionable, inaccurate or inappropriate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, and under no circumstances will Kuxxx be liable in any way for any Content, including, but not limited to, any errors. or omission in connection with any Content, or any loss or damage in any way resulting from the use of, or based on, any Content posted, mailed, transmitted or otherwise otherwise published on the Kuxxx Page.
6.4 User acknowledges that Kuxxx and its designees have the sole (but no obligation) to screen, refuse, delete, stop, suspend, remove or remove any Content available on The Kuxxx Site, including but not limited to any Content or information you have posted. Without limiting the foregoing, Kuxxx and its designees reserve the right to remove any Content (i) that infringes these Terms of Service. (ii) where Kuxxx receives a claim from another User. The User agrees that he/she must evaluate, and bear all risks relating to, the use of any Content, including, but not limited to, any reliance on accuracy, completeness, or the usefulness of that Content. In this regard, the User acknowledges that he does not and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, need not rely on any Content created by Kuxxx or submitted to Kuxxx, including, but without limitation, information on Kuxxx Forums or on other parts of the Kuxxx Site.
6.5 The User acknowledges, accepts and agrees that Kuxxx may access, maintain and disclose the User's Account information where required by law or by order of a court or any agency. any government or public authority that requires Kuxxx, or in Kuxxx's opinion, is necessary to maintain such access or disclosure to: (a) comply with legal procedures. (b) enforce these Terms of Service. (c) respond to claims that the Content infringes on the interests of third parties. (d) respond to User requests related to customer care. or (e) protect the rights, property or safety of Kuxxx, Users and/or the community.
